MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Cali Russo Group offers end to end management services for your restaurant or hotel.  We are focused on both top line revenue and bottom line profits.  Our levels of management services include:

Executive Management Team Only - one of our certified Cali Russo Group executive staff will run your onsite operations as General Manager.  The remaining staff are your employees. 

Full Service Management - all onsite staff are employed by Cali Russo Group and will have access to Cali Russo Group benefits packages.

All management contracts include monthly reporting, budget analysis and quarterly business reviews with recommendations on improving profitability.
